    Magnificent views of the lake from well presented rooms. Comfortable bed, brilliantly helpful stuff members from the front desk to housekeeping to waitstaff. Public parking on-site provided. Not to mention free wifi;)))

    The gym is more of an abandoned idea than an actual facility!!! The Nespresso machine leaks everywhere!!! Tv hemmed in by channel limitations is a classic letdown!!!

    The location and the rooms of the hotel were fabulous.

    The organization of the staff (they missed two wake up calls) was horrendous. We missed a day of our activities due to the missed wake up calls. Also, the air conditioning did not work in the hotel.

    Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several inconveniences, the buffet breakfast items were often served cold, detracting from what could have been a fantastic meal. Parking turned out to be a hassle, requiring daily trips to refill meters a street away. Our upgrade led us to a room on a busy street corner, subjecting us to noise from nearby bars that disrupted our peace.

    Fabulous staff, great attention to detail, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were made to feel as if we really were welcome and our custom appreciated. Had the feeling of a small boutique hotel not usually experienced in a chain hotel. Thanks for a great stay
